Modern families are often pressed for time while traveling. Navigating their way through the airport, finding food and keeping the kids occupied before the flight boards can be a stressful ordeal.

Cha$e wanted to create a progressive service that would answer this pain point for credit cardmembers without creating a physical space in the concourse or granting access to premium airline lounges. 

Recognizing the need for time-crunched travelers to find directions, flight updates and convenient dining, shopping and activity options on the go, we created an airport location-based app called Maven, a virtual concierge that cardmembers can carry in their pockets and around their wrists.
